		<description>You are right, the large footprint and mass presents challenges, but a large building can be structurally designed to withstand earthquakes. The Kansai Airport is more than twice as long as this and it has already withstood a 7.2 magnitude earthquake.  Separation joints would be specified.  Base isolators would isolate the building structure from the moving ground.  In contrast to a tower, a low center of gravity or mass should minimize any harmful vibrations in the structure.</description>

La propuesta restaura parcialmente el sitio a su estado pre-industrial. La propuesta crea superficie verde plantada, en lugar de destruirla.  -FF</description>

		<description>Bueno pienso que es una buena intención , pero también me pregunto si es necesario intervenir un área verde ya consolidada , no seria mejor renovar las zonas que ya esta en deterioradas . Veo que la intervención no es sustentable queriendo dar la apariencia de que lo es.
